Class/Workshop Waiver

Waiver of Liability

This agreement releases Artistic Flair Corp from all liability relating to injuries that may occur during a class or workshop that is held at 401 Laurel Road East, Nokomis, FL.

By signing this agreement:

I release the use of any photo or video of myself taken during class/workshop to Artistic Flair Corp. Artistic Flair Corp may use any likeness of me for marketing purposes (print, website, or social media).

I agree to not use any created items from Artistic Flair to promote any other business similar to Artistic Flair.

I agree to hold Artistic Flair Corp entirely free from any liability, including responsibility, financial or otherwise, for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence.

I will also make every effort to obey safety precautions, either written or verbally explained to me.

I acknowledge there are risks involved while participating in art classes/wood workshops. These risks may include, but are not limited to the use of sanding, pottery wheels, sharp objects, glazes, and paints.

I do not have any conditions that will increase my risk of injury while engaging in any of the attended classes/workshops.

If I consume alcohol, I swear that I am over the age of 21, will drink responsibly, and at my own risk. I swear that I will not drive if too impaired to do so.

My signature forfeits any right to bring suit against Artistic Flair Corp for any reason.

I understand the Cancellation Policy, which is, Store Credit given for cancellations at least 48 hours prior to class/workshop. Otherwise no refund.

Artistic Flair has the right to cancel classes if the minimum number of participants has not registered. In this case, you will be notified by phone/email and be refunded.

Any projects or supplies left at the studio over 30 days without prior arrangements with studio owners, will be considered abandoned. Abandoned items will be donated or properly disposed.
